No. 05/2011 SS-00259 10th Edition was published on March 1, 2011, and it will be effective from April 1, 2011. Tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDD), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), diarsenic trioxide, diarsenic pentaoxide, and boric acid, specific sodium borates are new substances to be controlled. Please note that the 10th Edition also does some modification on substances below: “cadmium and cadmium compounds”, “lead and lead compounds”, “mercury and mercury compounds”, “specific phthalates”, and “cobalt dichloride”.
