The FAQ of New China RoHS was published
For helping stakeholders interpret the provisions and ensure compliance with the requirements, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with several other ministries, composed the “FAQ of Administrative Measures for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products”. This document was published on 16th May 2016. The regulation expanded the scope, named Administrative Measures for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products (New China RoHS), shall come into force from 1st July 2016.
The abstract of FAQ：
- Products within the scope have to comply with the regulation by Manufacturing Date. The stakeholders should ensure the products manufactured after 1st July are in compliance. The importing products should meet the same requirement.
- Products within the scope should follow the relevant country or industry standards, as below：

● Test standardizations of determination of hazardous substances

GB/T 26125-2011, IEC 62321: 2008
2.《Determination of chromium (VI) in electrical and electronic products- Atomic
fluorescence spectrometry》GB/T 29783-2013
- During the transitional period before implemented date, the stakeholders should follow SJ/T 11364-2014 to complete the marking of hazardous substances gradually, and ensure the products manufactured after 1st July are in compliance with requirement.
