- Consumer goods and retail
- Industrial manufacturing

- Risk management
- Health and safety
With more than 17 laboratories across Taiwan, plus operations in every major Taiwanese harbor, we conduct rigorous, consistent and internationally recognized tests for attributes including safety, reliability, destruction and EMC among many others.
Established to inspect commodities such as wheat, soy beans, cotton and fertilizer, we have grown with, and in support of, Taiwan’s economy into a much bigger company with a vastly broader range of services. Expansion in the export market for textiles and consumers products was the initial catalyst for growth in the 1960s. Firmly established in consumer testing, we then expanded into the certification and inspection of electrical and electronic products. To assist Taiwan’s development as an exporter we developed a range of pre-shipment inspection services, facilitating international trade and ensuring access to foreign markets.
By the 1980s, growing demand for raw materials prompted rapid expansion in mineral and chemical inspection services. A corresponding growth in the petrochemical industry saw the establishment of our Oil, Gas and Chemical division in 1986.
Certification and training services boomed in the 1990s and our laboratory facilities have expanded to meet market needs as we continue to pursue innovative ways to meet your organization’s requirements and support Taiwan’s economic development.
