GMA News－印度MHI發布Scheme-X OTR第二次修訂令
Scheme-X OTR強制實施日期被取消，未來將依《官方公報》上另行公布的日期為準。
近期印度政府在產品安全與驗證政策上進行了多項重要調整。印度重工業部及化學品與肥料部相繼發布公告，分別涉及機械及電氣設備安全規範的實施日期調整，以及取消部分產品強制驗證的要求。這些變動將直接影響進口、製造及銷售相關產品的合規安排。
印度MHI發布Scheme-X OTR第二次修訂令
印度重工業部MHI於2025年11月13日發布《2025年機械及電氣設備安全（綜合技術法規）第二次修訂令》，將Scheme-X OTR（綜合技術規範）的實施日期，由原定的2026年9月1日，修改為「自中央政府於官方公報中所通知之日起」。
此項修訂意味著，之前修改的強制實施日期被取消，未來將依《官方公報》上另行公布的日期為準。
印度化學品與肥料部公告取消部分產品強制BIS驗證規定
印度化學品和肥料部於2025年11月12日發布公報，廢除部分強制性產品的驗證要求，該決定是該部門在與印度標準局BIS徵詢後，基於公共利益所作出的政策調整。
公告自發布日起生效，相關產品進口及販售時將無需再申請印度ISI驗證。
針對目前正在辦理或申請展延中的案件，我們仍建議繼續進行，因目前尚不確定官方日後是否會再次將這些產品重新納入強制列管清單。
