QUANTITATIVE DETERMIANTION OF 59 RESIDUAL VETERINARY DRUGS IN FISH MUSCLE, LIVER, PORK AND MILK BY LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY-TANDEM MASS SPECTROMETRY

以液相層析串聯式質譜儀分析59項動物用藥在魚肉、肝臟、豬肉與牛奶中之殘留

QUANTITATIVE DETERMIANTION OF 59 RESIDUAL VETERINARY DRUGS IN FISH MUSCLE, LIVER, PORK AND MILK BY LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY-TANDEM MASS SPECTROMETRY

A simple and rapid method using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) for the simultaneous determination of 59 veterinary drugs in fish muscle, liver, pork and milk was developed. The drugs were extracted from fish muscle, liver, pork or milk with 25 mL acetonitrile-methanol (95:5, v/v) twice, and the extracts were de-fat with 30 mL n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile. The extracts were evaporated and dissolved with 1 mL methanol/double-distilled water (50:50,v/v), analyzed by liquid chromatography with gradient elution on a C18 column, and determined by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry by positive and negative electrospray ionization. The quantitation limits ranged from 0.001 to 0.05 μg/kg. Typical recoveries of 59 residual veterinary drugs in the fish muscle and pork ranged from 70 to 120% at the fortification level of 20 μg/kg.

Keywords: quinolones, sulfonamides, veterinary drugs, LC/MS/MS
