SGS provides cleanliness inspections throughout the supply chain, ensuring that your agricultural goods meet the appropriate quality and safety requirements at every stage.
We inspect storage installations on land (e.g. silos, tanks and warehouses) and throughout the transportation process (e.g. ships’ holds and containers, railway carriages and road haulage trucks). Wherever we perform our cleanliness inspections, we determine whether the areas/units carrying or storing your agricultural goods are free from odors, moisture, foreign matters, previous cargo residues or pest infestation.
