The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines released Memorandum Circular No. 002-07-2024 on July 5, 2024, amending Section 2 of Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007, thereby opening the 5,925-6,425 MHz frequency band for indoor and low-power outdoor HIPERLAN and RLAN uses. This circular shall take effect on July 20. The main changes are as follows:
