Vietnam (MPS) issued Circular No. 48/2026/TT-BCA, introducing QCVN 11:2026/BCA – Basic Cybersecurity Requirements for IP Surveillance Cameras, which came into effect on July 1, 2026. Replacing QCVN 135:2024/BTTTT, this regulation applies to all businesses manufacturing, importing, and selling IP surveillance cameras in Vietnam and transfers regulatory responsibilities from the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) to the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

China CNCA announced GB 47372-2026 “Safety Technical Specification for Power Banks” and released the revised “Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – Power Banks, Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Power Banks (Trial)” on May 25, 2026. During the transition period ending March 31, 2027, applicants may apply for CCC certification under either the previous or the revised implementation rules. From April 1, 2027, the revised implementation rules will come into effect, and all new applications must comply accordingly. Existing CCC certificates must also be converted to the new version by this date.
