NCCS Extends Certification Deadline on Already TEC-Certified IP Routers and Wi-Fi CPEs
The National Centre for Communication Security (NCCS) of India released a notification on October 2, 2024, to extend the NCCS certification deadline for IP routers and Wi-Fi CPE products that are already TEC-certified.
A self-declaration of conformance to the applicable ITSAR standards shall accompany applications for the mandatory security certification, and the NCCS will issue a “Pro Tem Certificate” with a validity of 6 months to facilitate the continuous supply of such products until they are certified.
