ISO 19650 ORGANIZATION OF INFORMATION ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORKS – INFORMATION MANAGEMENT USING BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING
After ISO 19650 series, Information management using building information modelling (BIM), publishing one after another in Dec., 2018, it’s highly followed and asked in the construction industry globally. It’s an important milestone for construction standards developing. ISO 19650-2, Delivery Phase of the Assets, came to the world in Dec., 2018. ISO 19650-5 & -3, Security-minded approach to information management, & , Operational Phase of the Assets, were published in Jun. and Jul., 2020.
Introduction
ISO 19650 series is a set of international management standards. It efficiently manages the production and delivering of building information during the life cycle of assets when using BIM. It also satisfies the needs of those involved in the asset life cycle to control their quality.
