• Revised Article 2-1-79 and Article 2-1-80 and published Article 2-1-81, regulations for WLAN in 6 GHz, with the following updates, effective December 22, 2023:

1. 1. Added BW 320MHz
   2. Added Article 2-1-81, LPI inter-terminal communication, to permit ad-hoc client-to-client communications.

• Revised Article 2-1-19 and Article 2-1-19-2-2, regulations for 2.4 GHz, with the following updates, effective November 8, 2023:

1. 1. If the antenna gain is ≤14dBi, the output power can be declared up to 0.58W.
   2. Removed output power tolerance lower limit.
   3. Wi-Fi/Bluetooth devices only need to be tested in low and high channels.

• Revised Article 2-1-21-3, regulations for LTE B39 sXGP (Japanese private LTE), with the following updates, effective November 14, 2023:

1. 1. Added operating frequency 1,909.1 MHz.
   2. Added BW 10 MHz.
   3. Adjusted testing frequencies for unwanted emissions.
